During our association with them we have executed the following projects:

Differential Sampling Software- This software is used by the sampling department for working out the allocation of samples to be distributed to Doctors through the Field Sales Officers based on criteria relating to their past prescription practices and their potential to push Glenmark's products in the future. The base data for the calculation is picked up from Sales data which is picked up from monthly SAP export files. Additional data required for the calculation is picked up through additional entry screens provided within the software.

The prescribed sample distribution list based on the formulas gets generated and is made available to authorised users for suitable modifications. The software has succeeded in bringing down the sampling distribution list process time for from a few days to just a few hours.

Data Processing Project- This project involves converting hard copies of information relating to the recommendations of its pharmaceutical products by Doctors all over India to a soft database, in order to generate reports showing trends of their product sales based on references.
